These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777sr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777sr website located at https://777sr.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through that website.

777sr is an online gaming information and entertainment platform providing educational content about online casino games, sports betting markets, and responsible gambling practices, primarily targeting users in Pakistan. 777sr does not claim to be licensed, authorized, or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority in Pakistan.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other parties who access the Platform in any capacity. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

By accessing or using the Platform — whether by browsing as a guest, creating an Account, or interacting with any feature — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and that the entity accepts these Terms.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 777sr.

To open and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Meeting the age requirement does not, by itself, make online gambling lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) capable of entering into binding legal agreements.

• You must not have previously had an Account suspended, closed, or terminated by 777sr for breach of these Terms or any other policy.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or in association with, any other person for purposes of circumventing these eligibility requirements.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at all subsequent times when requested by the Platform.

Registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to keep this information current and to update it promptly whenever it changes.

KYC Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed and may be required at any other point in your account lifecycle at the Platform's discretion. KYC documentation may include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or equivalent identity document.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months showing your registered name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the deposit method used (e.g., bank account statement, mobile wallet screenshot showing registered name).
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, the Platform may request documentation evidencing the legitimate origin of funds deposited into your Account.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by the Platform may result in the suspension of your Account and the temporary withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication factor with any third party. The Platform will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorized access to the Platform promptly.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment sources is not permitted. Deposits made from unauthorized third-party sources may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

The following Pakistani payment method names are referenced on this Platform as contextual examples for Pakistani users only: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. None of these payment providers endorse, support, or are affiliated with gambling operations. Availability of specific methods is determined by the operator at the time of transaction and may change without notice.

Cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) may be available subject to operator terms. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; users must verify all wallet addresses carefully before initiating any transfer.

The Platform reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, to refuse deposits from sources it deems inappropriate, and to reverse deposits if required by applicable regulatory obligations.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be processed:

1. Your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process described in Section 5.
2. All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active or recently claimed bonuses must be fully met.
3. Your Account must be in good standing — no active investigations, security reviews, or policy violation holds.
4. The withdrawal method must generally correspond to the deposit method, subject to operator requirements.
5. The withdrawal amount must meet any applicable minimum threshold set by the operator.

All bonus offers and promotions made available through the Platform are subject to specific terms that govern their activation, use, and withdrawal. These bonus-specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before becoming withdrawable. Example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets. These are illustrative figures; actual requirements vary by offer.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, bets exceeding the stated maximum (often PKR 500–PKR 1,000 per bet/spin) may void the bonus regardless of outcome.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering. Slots may contribute 100% while table games and live dealer games may contribute significantly less or zero. Check the contribution table for each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in the offer. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Cashout: Certain bonuses cap the amount that may be withdrawn from bonus winnings (e.g., PKR 25,000 maximum). This is an illustrative figure; actual caps vary.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your Account at a time.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible users as defined in each offer. Players using accounts opened with fraudulent information or violating the one-account policy are not eligible for any bonus.

The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, staking patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements, or collusion — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes material breach of these Terms:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or use.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit any feature.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, bugs, or misfires in game software — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Permitting minors (persons under the age of 18, or the applicable higher minimum) to access your Account or use the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the Platform's proprietary software or content.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward Platform staff or other users.

The Platform reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and, where a violation is confirmed, to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold or recover any funds obtained through prohibited conduct. The Platform may also report such conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and compilations thereof — is the property of 777sr or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without prior written consent from 777sr.

The 777sr name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of the Platform. No license to use these trademarks is granted by these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777sr, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or events outside the Platform's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data by third parties.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform. Gambling is inherently a risk activity and the Platform does not guarantee any financial outcome.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform provides information and entertainment services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, or statutory — are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

777sr is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

Users are strongly encouraged to make use of the following responsible gambling tools available through the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.

Closure by the Platform: 777sr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being operated by a minor.

Where an Account is closed due to breach, the Platform reserves the right to retain any funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct.

Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Minor or non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised with each update. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed and operated, as determined by the operator. Users are reminded that this may differ from the laws of their own jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through the Platform's customer support process. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration or the courts of the governing jurisdiction, as applicable.

Nothing in this clause restricts your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence to the extent such laws cannot be waived by contract.
